The raw materials are blended together under controlled heat. A PC-based system regulates the temperature of both the heating water and the mixed product, ensuring everything stays at the right level.
Thanks to the double water jacket design, the mixing process is completed in just 5 to 10 minutes, delivering a perfectly consistent result every time.
The electronic control system allows the mixer shaft to rotate in both directions clockwise or counterclockwise. The system automatically selects the best speed for the job and stops the mixer at the right moment, all according to the preset program.
